Instructions on how to shop

If you are already registered with us, use the following procedure:

- In the left part there are products divided into individual categories. After clicking on the subpage, you will see a menu, e.g. coins, which you can further filter by mint.

- In the product detail you can see the availability of goods, or choose the quality of the PROOF or BK coin. The system will immediately update your availability and price for the required quality.

- Pressing the Buy button will automatically move your selected goods to the cart. If the stock allows it, you can adjust the numbers of the required item in the basket by clicking on the + or - button. The total amount will also be updated automatically. You can add any number of items to your cart by repeating the previous steps.

- To complete the order, click on the Shopping Cart (in the left part of the menu), where you can see your summarized order and press Order.

- Choose delivery and payment methods:

Slovak post – free shipping – only Slovak republic –  (over 100 €)
Slovak post – for SK – 5,00 €
Slovak post – for CZ – 8,40 €
Slovak post –  EU – 18,00 €

Prices and term of payment
If a delivery to a foreign country is offered, the customer can use the following payment methods (unless nothing else is mentioned in the product presentation):
- Credit card (Visa,Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Google pay )
- Bank transfer
If payment by credit card is chosen, the customer's credit card account is debited after the completion of the order.
5. Terms of delivery
Delivery takes place on the dispatch route and to the shipping address which is indicated by the customer. For the successful execution of the transaction only the indicated shipping address is relevant.

- Select an address:

Billing address: Enter the address where we'll bill you.

Delivery address: enter the address to which the goods will be delivered if it is different from the invoicing address (eg to work, to a friend, etc.)

- Confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions.

- Press the "Order with payment obligation" button

An order confirmation will be sent to your email.

We will keep you informed about the status of your order. We process orders every working day.
